You may also notice this blog has a lot of Disney content; and that’s because I love Disney! I worked at Walt Disney World twice and lived in Anaheim as a kid, so I am a self-proclaimed Disney Parks expert 🙂
In 2020 I wrote my first book — The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook. This is an amazing book with 100 snacks and treat recipes inspired by Disney Park food. Check it out! Since then, I have written 4 more books, and you can see them all HERE.
I am an author and a Stay at Home mother of three — Elliot (10), Hazel (8) and Clifford (5). These littles keep me busy, but I am glad to get to stay home with them each day. Writing allows me to follow my passions while continuing to be with them.
