Hey everyone! I am finally able to let the world know: I wrote a book, and it’s being published!

For the last several years I have been creating Disney Parks inspired recipes in my own kitchen, with the hope that they would somehow get made into a cookbook. As you can imagine, Disney protects their property fiercely, so the prospect of publishing independently was basically zero.

In June of 2019 I signed with Joseph Perry from Perry Literary as my agent. We worked together to pitch to publishers for months without much success. We then heard back from Adams Media, an imprint of Simon and Schuster. They were interested in the idea and wanted some more writing samples. They loved the writing samples and we signed a contract. Now my book is available online and will hit shelves and online store this December!
